You are invited to Embark

This is my personal journey—an anthropological documentary series of my own becoming. It is a collection of my own encounters, musings, and experiences as I learn to navigate what it means to reside within presence—yours and mine. Through this process, I have realized that many of us are seeking a unified heart on the same ocean, listening to the same calling.

This space is built as a sort of Noah’s Ark for the soul—a vessel designed to carry what is most sacred through the changing tides. I invite you to join me in these waters, each of us a vessel holding the breath of our own stories and the shimmer of our own light.

Together, we Gather what was—discovering new ways of being and deepening our connection to the world around us. We Attune to what is, and Emerge into the newness of our intended paths unfolding.

Here, we find a new language—one that honors the connection we have to others and to ourselves. It is learning to navigate life with presence and wholeness, while embracing the beautiful diversity and duality of our experiences and finding the middle or third way at the essence of creation. By uniting sacred breath, ancient worldviews, wisdom traditions, somatic awareness, and relationality, we traverse the landscape of the inner and outer world together, allowing the living poem of our lives to write itself with every step.
